Mr. Iglody is an accomplished trial attorney who is prepared to take a case to a judge or jury to obtain the best result for his clients. In addition to taking many cases to trial before arbitrators, judges and juries, Mr. Iglody has taken advanced trial classes from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
As both a "counselor" and attorney at law, Mr. Iglody takes seriously his obligation to counsel clients on all options, including sending clients to either affiliates or outside attorneys for the best results, as necessary.

Iglody Law also offers insolvency services on a limited basis for individuals and businesses. As a bankruptcy counsel for individuals we are a debt relief agency and we are required by both the rules of professional conduct and bankruptcy rules to provide the broadest possible list of alternatives and options, so that potential clients can make an educated decision. In addition to having successfully mediated settlement in over 100 cases as an advocate, Mr. Iglody completed the rigorous 40 hour mediation training at the National Judicial College in November 2019.
